Cancellation Requests:

• You may cancel your order within 1 hour of placing it, provided the inspection has not yet been completed.
• Once the inspection process has begun or the report has been delivered, cancellations are no longer possible.

How to Cancel:

• To request a cancellation, please contact us immediately at contact@Carinstruction.com with your order details.
• We will confirm the status of your request and proceed with the cancellation if eligible.

Refunds for Cancelled Orders:

• If your cancellation request is approved before the inspection is completed, you will receive a full refund. Please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to process.
